- Customers may request a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of purchase
- Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is made before any service processing has begun
- Once LLC formation, filing, or submission has started with government authorities or third-party providers, the order becomes non-refundable
- All government fees, third-party charges, and processing costs are non-refundable once incurred
- Clients are responsible for reviewing all submitted information carefully before confirming their order
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within the 14-day period and prior to the start of processing
- Our team is available to assist with pre-processing cancellations or modification requests
- Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Go Financials, depending on the stage of service completion
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
