GO FINANCIALS – SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Go Financials (“Company”) and the Client (“Client”).

1. SERVICES

Go Financials provides professional consulting services including but not limited to:

  • Financial structuring and organization
  • Business consulting and operational strategy
  • Growth and development planning

All services are delivered digitally through scheduled consultations, reports, and advisory sessions.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
  • All services are billed as one-time payments unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Payment is required prior to the commencement of services
  • Prices are agreed upon before payment and confirmed with the Client
3. NO GUARANTEES

The Company provides consulting and advisory services only.

Results are dependent on multiple factors outside the Company’s control, and therefore no guarantees of specific outcomes are made.

4. REFUND POLICY
  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of service delivery and work completed
  • Certain components of the service may include third-party costs (including but not limited to government filing fees, trademark application fees, or third-party processing charges). These third-party costs are non-refundable once incurred, as they are paid directly to external entities
  • For services not yet initiated, clients may request a cancellation and refund, subject to review
  • For services that have already begun, any eligible refund will be assessed proportionally based on the work completed and expenses incurred
  • Clients are encouraged to contact Go Financials directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback
  • Go Financials is committed to fair and reasonable resolution of all client concerns. All disputes and chargebacks are handled in accordance with applicable card network regulations
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Clients may request cancellation prior to service initiation
  • Once services begin, cancellation does not guarantee a refund
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Participate in scheduled consultations
  • Acknowledge that results depend on implementation
7. DELIVERY OF SERVICES

Services are typically delivered within a reasonable timeframe based on the scope of work agreed upon with the Client.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
